About Us:

We're a dynamic, globally expanding organization seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our Singapore HR team and build HR teams across international subsidiaries. As a strategic business partner, you'll develop and implement HR frameworks, drive talent initiatives, and shape our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Global HR Leadership:

- Build and lead HR teams across global subsidiaries, developing and implementing HR policies, including compensation structures, incentive programs, and performance management systems.

- Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent, enhancing the company's overall talent density.

- Organizational Development:

- Diagnose structural challenges and implement solutions to improve management efficiency.

- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company objectives, conduct organizational assessments, and ensure effective execution.

- Culture and Talent:

- Cultivate a dynamic, agile, and high-performance company culture through strategic initiatives that reinforce corporate values and employee engagement.

- Drive talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention programs.

Requirements:

- Global HR Experience: Hands-on experience managing HR globally, with a proven track record of success.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and organizational diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to drive change and process optimization.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Curiosity, resilience, and a results-driven approach to continuous improvement.

- Analytical Skills: Analytical and logical thinker with strong data analysis skills and a willingness to learn in unfamiliar domains.

- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin, to liaise with regional and global stakeholders.

- Industry Experience: Experience in the internet, gaming, or high-tech industries is preferred.

- Problem-Solving: A proactive, adaptable, and open-minded approach to problem-solving.
