This is a part-time, in-office position.
Office Administration
- Process and handle all staff on-boarding and off-boarding matters.
- Administrative support for all personnel data or information and assisting with employee Employment Pass applications and renewals.
- Tracking employee leaves and maintaining up-to-date information regarding employee activities and monthly payroll.
- Organise company activities.
- Assistance in talent acquisition which includes creating and placement of job posts, screening of candidates, arranging interviews, and follow-up in each stage of interviews.
- Manage & maintain upkeep of office operations, supplies, and equipment.
- Consolidating vendor expenses for month end reconciliation
- Procurement and vendor management: sourcing of vendors and quotes, costs comparison, and evaluation.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any field of studies.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in office and HR admin.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Independent, problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Proactive and meticulous.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Able to interact well across all levels.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Engaging personality approachable and with an optimistic outlook
