Assistant Manager

Role and Responsibilities
- Takeover, handover project and report
- Prepare client’s contract agreement , renewal contract
- Respond customer email and enquiries via phone call, text
- Communicate and respond in timely manner in all client’s group
- Take in charge of sale as well as business development
- Attend client’s site show round for tender
- Attend client’s meeting and minute of meeting preparation/ report
- Summarize list of approval for ad-hoc works and Purchase of Order to be informed to account department
- Preparing documents for tendering via email or sealed envelope submission and tender interview
- To follow up with submitted proposal, quotation
Coordination with Supervisor & Horticulturist
· Preparation of monthly schedule
· To submit monthly schedule to client via email
· Check and respond daily supervisor, horticulturist’s report
Qualifications and Education Requirements· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Horticulture, or a related discipline is often preferred.
· Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
· Leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of budgeting and project management.
