Roles & Responsibilities

Individual is responsible for managing all F&B operations in our company and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Versatile and able to adapt to a fast paced environment as this position is one of the core operational role.


The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Managing and executing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

2. Foster a positive thinking service culture and provide professional support to the F&B Operations ( operation and kitchen ) for the outlet

3. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

4. Designing exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

5. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

6. Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures

7. Comply with all health and safety regulations

8. Management reporting for sales results and productivity, and other reports

9. Execute promotions activities in line with F&B Marketing calendar. Attract patrons by developing and implementing marketing, promotions, programs, hence evaluating program results

10. Strong commercial mindset, accountable for the overall F&B P&L of the portfolio


Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.

2. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

3. Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.

4. Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

5. Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasize motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service.

6. Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.

7. Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
