Product Development Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product ownership of semiconductor equipment within the company's product range.
  • Develop a product development roadmap aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
  • Conduct product and technology benchmarking activities.
  • Assist Technical Sales team in reviewing specifications, costing, and evaluating new product requirements.
  • Engage with customers on project management updates and technical reviews.
  • Manage Product Evaluation programs with Customers.
  • Lead continuous improvement programs to extend product lifecycle, enhance competitiveness, and improve gross margins.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Development teams to resolve technical field issues within the Product family.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledgeable with product, technology benchmarking, semiconductor packaging, automation & assembly process.
  • Strong technical knowledge in engineering concepts, electromechanical systems, equipment design and development, including BOM.
