Responsibilities
- This role is part of the Regional Consumer Investment Products & Advisory team which has oversight of the Regional CBG locations for various product classes, advisory and digital.
- Candidate will support our business aspirations to grow and compete in the investment product space across the regionDevelop and coordinate a proactive digital investment strategy across all markets
Set regional standard for digital investment journeys, and oversee the alignments across all markets, to maximise re-usability and share best practices
Define clear digital investment propositions to identify key areas of focus and competitive advantage across all markets - Manage end-to-end product roadmap, working across a set of cross functional stakeholders in solving business problems to ensure projects are delivered as scheduledWork closely with country product managers, digital channels teams on evaluation and prioritisation of digital investment enhancements
Support the formulation of product commercialisation strategy and go-to-market plan of investment product offerings - Manage project deliverables, ensuring compliance with governance and quality protocols, to successfully deliver milestones and outcomesEstablish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaboration, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and strengthen governance practices
Manage process to collate quality reports and communications to ensure a high standard of stakeholder engagement - Support Team Head for management reporting and the wider team for offline Treasury and Unit Trust products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in digital, product management or strategic planning functions
- Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships and communicate confidently at all levels
- Accurate and assertive action tracking
- Possesses strong interpersonal, influencing and problem solving skills, with a collaborative mind-set and ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the investments / product management is a plus, with a keen understanding of investment products, customers' investment needs
- Passionate about making digital investments accessible, simple, cost-effective and convenient
