Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

•Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams.

•Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation, reports, and presentations.

•Maintain project schedules, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

•Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.

•Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

•Assist in budget tracking and expense management for projects.

•Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner.

•Communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates.

•Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

•Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met effectively.


Job Requirements

•NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

•Proven experience in administrative support roles.

•Experienced in Mechanical & Electrical Field will be advantage.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
