RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Property Valuation: Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of residential and commercial properties.
    Utilize industry-standard methodologies to determine fair market values.
  2. Market Research: Analyze economic and demographic factors influencing property values.
    Provide insights into potential impacts on property values and market dynamics.
  3. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive valuation reports with methodologies and findings.
    Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
  4. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific valuation needs.
    Address client inquiries and provide expert advice on property values.
    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professionalism and transparency.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of valuation reports.
    Stay updated on industry best practices and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduates from a recognized University with Real Estate Qualification or equivalent.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and numerically competent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fresh grads are welcome.
