Role Overview:
You will focus on valuation and real estate consultancy to support JTC in transforming industries and bolstering Singapore's industrial progress.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical expertise and valuation for JTC's State Land alienation
- Valuation of capital and rental for JTC's products and facilities
- Assessment of enhancement premium and valuation for financial planning and reporting
- Offering guidance for project feasibility studies, including market analysis and financial assessment
- Conducting market research and building relationships with valuers and real estate professionals
- Leading project teams to enhance work processes and operational procedures
- Mentoring team members based on your extensive experience
Requirements:
Background in Real Estate or similar field, with a minimum of a decade of professional experience in property tax, valuation, and local property market knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.About JTC Corporation:
