Marketing Manager

About You
Your strengths lie in marketing, branding, advertising and sales. You have an interest in sports in general, but specifically in badminton. You have experience promoting and growing brands across traditional as well as social media platforms. As this is mainly a remote position, you are comfortable working independently.
Scope
- Plan, implement and oversee marketing efforts, including both paid and organic means
- Work with the team to film/edit YouTube videos, as well as content for other platforms
- Develop a referral marketing program
- Prepare and send out festival greetings to clients and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with key strategic partners
- Attend to client queries and close sales
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding and/or advertising
- A strong foundation in utilising common platforms used for marketing (e.g. Facebook and Google ads, social media platforms, etc.)
- A proven track record of managing projects
- Team management experience
- Have a passion in sports, experience playing badminton is an added bonus
