Job Description:

You are passionate about all things sweet and savory. You support our restaurant operations and catering division by preparing quality pastry and dessert products to create memories for our guests. Through ownership, teamwork and kinship, you ensure the operational effectiveness of your pastry team.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership on job allocated and deliver bakery products according to the Company’s quality and cost requirement

Able to work independently with minimum guidance

Ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Assist with packing and logistic matters when necessary

Ability to visually examine the product for quality and freshness

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen


Requirements:

Relevant experience in pastry or dessert role, pastry skill and product knowledge

Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

*Able to start work Immediately
