Roles & Responsibilities

MADDspace - School of Music, Art, Drama & Dance is looking for passionate individuals keen to meet and serve customers.

Requirements:

  • 40 hours work week (Full time), 20 hours work week (Part time), Per hour basis (Freelance)
  • Able to work weekends
  • Monday & Tuesdays OFF, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday : 12pm - 9pm

Job scope:

  • Issuing of invoices, fee collection and data management
  • Answering to telephone calls, emails, and walk-in customers
  • Taking care of students
  • Scheduling and attendance
  • Assist in Social Media marketing contents, filming of class videos
  • Other duties at front counter
  • Other operations and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good command of English
  • Interpersonal skills to handle customers' enquiries
  • Meticulous, responsible and a good team player
  • Conscientious and organised

Other information:

  • Salary: $2,400 to $3,500 per month
  • CPF and benefits
  • Location: MADDspace (Central) @ Dhoby Ghaut, GR.ID Mall or MADDspace (West) @ Jurong, The Chevrons
