Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to oversee and manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform and support the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access management across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity workflows, security protocols, and SailPoint's IdentityIQ and IdentityNow platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement, configure, and manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM) modules.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain identity workflows, roles, certification campaigns, and access policies to align with organizational requirements.
  3. Integrate new applications and systems into the IAM solution using a strong understanding of WebService connectors.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IAM platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to uphold security standards and maintain the integrity of the IAM system.
  6. Support the creation, execution, and documentation of test plans and scenarios for the IAM environment.
  7. Onboard and configure business applications within SailPoint IdentityIQ to streamline identity management processes.
  8. Manage and optimize the SailPoint IdentityNow platform for enhanced identity governance.
  9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and system architecture for reference and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sailpoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow, including implementation, configuration, and ongoing management.
  • Strong understanding of identity management, access control, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in Java and familiarity with other programming languages for workflow development and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with WebService connectors and application integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in documenting IAM processes and policies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of security and compliance.
