Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions for enterprise IAM needs.
• Lead IAM architecture, design, and integration with cloud and on-prem applications.
• Develop and enforce IAM security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM teams.
• Customize workflows, rules, and policies within SailPoint to meet business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to analyze and enhance identity governance processes.
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, databases, and SaaS applications.
• Perform regular security assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with IAM standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues efficiently.

Requirement:

• Sailpoint identity engineer certification.
• Experience on Sailpoint IIQ product, java and Angular.
• In-Depth knowledge of Sailpoint Integration with 3rd party tools.
• DevOps skills and ability to deploy the functionality into CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to negotiate and allocate resources appropriately for development and implementation.
