Junior Chef 1 / Commis Cook 1, Sushi (Nobu)

The incumbent is required to manage the preparation of food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about your craft He/She should be attentive to detail and have a strong work ethic. The candidate is expected to work together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience in a similar capacity in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
  • Experience in preparing in hot kitchen
  • Ability to assist in the creative process of developing recipes and presentations.
