Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Buyer to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, coordinating with departments, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. If you have experience in procurement and supply chain management, we invite you to apply


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) promptly and resolve supplier issues.
  • Manage inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.
  • Support new product launches by determining procurement needs.
  • Assist in annual materials planning and budgeting.
  • Monitor delivery times and ensure materials availability.
  • Maintain procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships.
  • Update SOPs in compliance with standards.
  • Support documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
