The candidate should have various invetor relationships in these countries, and also focus on educating the market about CBC, cultivating relationships with potential investors, broaden the investor relationship for CBC in these areas. The candidate should be commercially driven and have the entrepreneurial spirit to succeed in a rapidly expanding firm where they will be operating from a satellite office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing presentations for board meetings, company events, or conferences
- Monitoring financial markets to identify potential opportunities or risks for the company’s business
- Communicating with company executives and other stakeholders such as shareholders, analysts, journalists, and bloggers
- Researching and analyzing industry trends and competitor activity
- Communicating with shareholders and institutional investors to answer questions about a company’s performance or to investigate suspicious activity in a company’s securities
- Researching companies that are potential acquisition targets to determine their potential value to the company offering to buy them
- Produce competitive analysis, develop our fund models, drafting new slides for ad hoc presentations/client meetings etc.
- Maintaining CRM system with most up to date investor and prospect data
- Assist in maintaining and improving processes and systems used to monitor investor interaction and investment activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field in prestigious University. Masters degree an added advante.
- 5-6 years’ experience in professional firms, placement agent, private equity fund, or investment consultant would be preferred.
- Exposure to the private equity industry across a variety of asset classes (including buyout, credit, venture capital, growth equity investment strategies).
- Demonstrated commercial and sales-oriented writing evidenced in private placement memoranda and pitch books, along with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial work ethic, with the ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and professional attitude and interests in healthcare industry.
- Preferred to have an advanced degree in finance, management or life sciences related disciplines from a top-tier institution.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Based in Singapore.
