Roles & Responsibilities

This position will start off as 6 months contract.


Location:
Great Eastern Office, at Raffles Place


Responsibilities:

• You are expected to achieve targets set which involves calling of policyholders on a daily basis to initiate recovery

• Engage and communicate with our policyholders to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party

• Use sound communication skills to successfully persuade and convince policyholders to proceed with the claims recovery process

• Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial consultants

• Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of call activities and outcomes

• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks

• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company

• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

• Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by supervisor


Working Hour:

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm


Salary:

$2500-$3000
