Finance & HR Manager (6-months contract)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance & HR Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in both finance and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closings.
- Perform budget analysis and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
- Support audits, tax filings, and compliance activities as required.
- Collaborate with headquarters’ finance team in Denmark to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
HR Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of Singapore’s payroll processes and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) framework.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, employee benefits, and related tasks.
- Handle work pass applications and renewals in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Coordinate with insurance agents to manage employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee MOM-related matters, including surveys and other HR administrative requirements.
- Address additional ad-hoc HR and office management tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dual Finance and HR role.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with international teams.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations, payroll systems, and HR frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
