Guest Service Officer


Chin Swee Rd (near Chinatown MRT)


5 days (8 hrs/day including 45 mins break)


Shift hours: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am


$2200 - $2500


Responsibilities:


  • Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
  • Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
  • Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
  • Performs other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
  • Training provided
