Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to effectively position FNB Company in the market.
  2. Take ownership of branding activities in the SEA region, adapting strategies to local market nuances and driving regional growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  4. Create compelling brand messaging and communication materials, including but not limited to, advertising campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
  6. Manage brand assets and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing initiatives.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of branding initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in branding and marketing.
  9. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience working in the SEA region is preferred, with an understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
