Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term action plans to grow product portfolios in terms of brand awareness, market share, and product profitability.
  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing communications (online and offline), and trade marketing activities for all product portfolios under your responsibility.
  • Plan and manage A&P spending within budget assigned and ensure ROI for each campaign.
  • Lead and execute the promotion, advertising, and marketing campaign effectively through strategic partnership alliances with agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation according to timeline.
  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, market intelligence, and competitive information to develop new product ideas and effective marketing plans for assigned products/brands.
  • Conceptualize innovative, consumption-driving promotions that are profitable and link promotions to advertising wherever possible to create an integrated and targeted 360-degree marketing plan.
  • Build strong brand/product presence in all distribution channels (including assisting in e-commerce at Marketplace).
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Promoters, Finance, Warehouse) to implement marketing plans effectively according to timelines.
  • Track and monitor market trends to analyze product sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 4 years of relevant marketing working experience in the beauty, personal care, or other FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.).
  • Pro-active hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
