Your Day-to-Day

As a Freelance Talent Lead, you'll be managing the entire recruitment cycle as if it's your own business. From sourcing clients to placing the best candidates, you'll have the freedom and flexibility to work on your terms while building meaningful connections.

  • Business Development: Identify, reach out to, and secure your own clients by understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using creative and effective strategies.
  • Client and Candidate Management: Serve as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job briefings, interviews, negotiations and successful placements.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop your own team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
