Description

Basic + Comm (depends on your sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism
  • Learning in-depth knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve and surpass sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, ideally within the fashion or luxury retail sector
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly explain technical product information
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
  • Flexible schedule, with availability on weekends, holidays, and for special events
