Role Overview:
Lead and enhance the daily operations of our mosque, driving excellence in administration, Human Resource, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient office management.
  • Lead HR activities, monitor performance, and foster team collaboration.
  • Manage budget, cash flow, and support fundraising efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the mosque sector.
  • Proven experience in administration, HR, or operations.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
