About the Role

Join us today as a Business Quality Analyst Responsible to provide operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales process

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and Support Roadshows
  • Review Roadshow Business Proposal submitted by organizing leaders, ensure all roadshows follows guidelines and participating FSCs have completed E-Learning modules
  • Arrange for booth setups and marketing collaterals
  • Manage Roadshow inventory list, register and relevant documents for audit
  • Liaise with external audit film to carry out roadshow on-site inspection and mystery shopping exercise according to MAS safeguards and AIA SOP, follow up actions on audit results and Management reporting.
  • Managing the penalty framework, e.g. verify report, issue letter and follow up on action required etc.

Managing and Support Application for Span of Control Deviation
  • Review application received, sent for screening to ensure meeting the requirement before seeking approval
  • Conduct annual assessment on SOC Deviation to ensure that they continue to adhere to the prescribed standards of deviation.

3) Managing and Support Engaging of Appointment Setting Officer for Tied Distribution
  • Manage the designated mail box
  • Review application received, sent for screening before seeking approval
  • Liaise with IT for request of new logger / Spidergate enable phone / retrieval account
  • Review of call script
  • Maintain register for audit purposes

4) To assist in processing of Sales & Marketing Activities application
  • Process activity applications
  • Conduct screening and checks on completion of e-module

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within life insurance industry
  • Familiar with MAS' Financial Advisers Act (FAA), relevant notices, regulations, and guidelines; LIA Guidelines, Product Knowledge and Company's procedures and process will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application (E.g. Excel-Vlookup)
