Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to be responsible for driving business growth, including sourcing new partnerships, relationship building with current and prospective partners and working on partner collaborations. This role will report to the team lead of Thomson Product Team to identify opportunities to grow the partner management portfolio and ensure that the partner performance meets company standards.

As part of partner management, this role will also support end-to-end offline and ecommerce operations, marketing campaigns and events to drive sales growth and performance for the partners.


Responsibilities


Vendor Management & Marketing Campaigns Activities

· Support the team to drive business growth for PCC Products.

· Stay informed about market and consumer trends, identify and onboard new partners that are aligned with company needs and goals.

· Negotiate partnership agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.

· Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication and performance evaluations.

· Monitor partner performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

· Be in tune with industry trends and best practices in partner management and procurement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to partner management.

· Assist to prepare sales reports and presentations as required.

· Co-manage website content, including updating product information and promotions.

· Collaborate with creative agencies or designers to create websites and promotional banners.

· Create joint partnerships with brands to foster exclusive collaborations to strengthen branding and drive sales.

· Assist in marketing promotional campaigns to drive brand visibility, customer engagement and sales growth for PCC Products and partners.

· Participate and assist in Thomson Medical public events.


Thomson Confinement Food Sales and Support

· Attend to online and offline enquiries.

· Actively market and sell Confinement Food to walk in customers and Hospital Tour visitors.

· Support the team in sales, activation, feedback, logistics support where required.


Others

· To assist in departmental administration matters.

· Any other initiatives, new business or tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager and/or HOD.


Requirements


· Degree in Business, Merchandising or Marketing.

· 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Ecommerce, Marketing and Promotions.

· Experienced in partnership management, business development, or a related role.

· Strong business acumen, dynamic and results-driven.

· Good at follow-through, execution and detail-oriented.

· Exceptional negotiation skills.

· Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

· High level of initiative.

· Fresh graduates are welcome.
