Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Environmental industry. They are looking for a Project Management Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating with various internal/external stakeholders, ensure compliance with waste collection regulations at the site
  • Supervise the waste collection operations, including day to day collection processes, managing logistics/transportation arrangements, inspecting and maintaining waste containers etc.
  • Participate in the planning of waste containment requirements for scheduled maintenance activities, in coordination with various internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via email, providing updates when necessary
  • Coordinate Site Induction and Compliance (SIC) orientation and other relevant training sessions for the relevant personnel
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of waste collection processes, gathering feedback from the relevant stakeholders, and proposing improvement initiatives
  • Attend contractor meetings as required by the various customers, engaging in discussions and providing feedback when necessary
  • Conduct investigation meetings, and implement corrective actions when required
  • Assist with the company’s customer care initiatives, monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing complaints when needed
  • All other adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant project management experience
