Project Executive (Upgrading Properties Project)

About the Company: A leading company in property management services is seeking a Project Executive to join their team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management services to clients
  • Able to comprehend technical drawings and layout of various M&E, architectural, structural and P&S services; draft contractual documents and familiar with relevant authorities regulations and compliances
  • Project manage ID refurbishment project, M&E air-con & security system projects from inception to completion
  • Monitor and manage the project to achieve delivery of project objectives in respect of Contract Specifications, Time, Cost, Quality and Safety
  • Maintain accurate and complete set of relevant records of project works
  • Attend all project/site meetings
  • Provide regular updates to clients/Attend meetings with clients
  • All other relevant ad hoc duties in relation to the projects

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architectural, Engineering, Building, Construction/Project Management, Property Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Positive work attitude
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative and independence
  • Experience in residential upgrading projects and/or property management of residential MCST developments will be an advantage
