Roles and Responsibilities
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers, preferably Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, and Windows Server 2003.
• Install Windows servers with strong troubleshooting skills for Wintel systems, including system hardening and security measures.
• Perform advanced administration of Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and High Availability configurations.
• Understand RAID configurations, assess the pros and cons of various RAID levels, and make informed decisions based on system requirements.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft clusters.
• Work with various storage solutions, particularly for cluster configurations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Manage SAN environments and storage space from a systems perspective (preferred but not mandatory).
• Oversee file system and quota management.
• Handle FTP and SFTP client-server models with experience in configuration and administration.
• Install and implement VMware ESX servers, VMware Virtual Center, V-Motion, HA, DRS, and related VMware products such as VMware Workstation, VMware Converter, and VM backup solutions.
• Provision, operate, and maintain systems running on AWS.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to identify and gather requirements to define solutions for AWS-based systems.


• Expertise in AWS operations, deployment guidance, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in application and data migration to AWS.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience: 5 - 8 years of system administration experience is mandatory.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Diploma in Computer Science.
• Certifications (Preferred): Any two of the following – MCSE, VMware Certification.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking a skilled Nutanix Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in virtualization, storage, and backup solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Hyper-V, VMware, and Nutanix technologies, along with hands-on experience in managing enterprise backup and storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, deploy, and maintain Nutanix-based infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee and enhance Hyper-V and VMware environments for optimal performance.
• Administer enterprise-grade backup and storage systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive troubleshooting of virtualization and storage environments.
• Implement and manage high availability and disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical workloads.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to optimize system performance and security.
• Ensure strict adherence to WOG policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for IT infrastructure.

Key Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in Nutanix, Hyper-V, VMware, and backup/storage management.
• Strong expertise in Nutanix Acropolis (AHV) and Prism Central.
• Experience in Hyper-V clustering, failover management, and VM migration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• Solid knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in virtualization, storage, and backup environments.
• Experience in a WOG setup or familiarity with government IT standards is preferred.


Certification required (Anyone of below):

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Veritas Certified Specialist (VCS) NetBackup
