Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management & Reporting Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
    Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.
    Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  2. Budgeting & Cost Control Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
    Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
    Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  3. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and legal regulations.
    Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
    Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  4. Team Management & Leadership Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.
    Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct performance evaluations.
    Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  5. Process Improvement & Systems ManagementIdentify opportunities to enhance financial processes and internal controls.
    Oversee the use of accounting software and recommend upgrades if needed.
    Work closely with other departments to streamline financial workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA preferred).
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP exposure excellent)
