Working Hours: 8am-5:45pm
Salary: Up to $2500- $3000
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year Admin experience
