Senior Clinic Assitant

Hiring senior clinic assistant with at least 2 years of GP clinic work experience.
To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:
Counter duties:
- Registration of patients, triage and appointment booking
- Dispensing of medication and collection of payments – Familiar with E- payment modes ( QR pay, Nets)
- Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease and remind patients of their upcoming appointments
- Perform swabs, ECG and assisting doctor in procedure
- Handling of incoming calls and attend to patient enquiries.
- Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.
- Diligent and willing to learn
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)
- Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal, TPA claims
- Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.
- Experience in GP clinic is necessary.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage, in order to communicate with and dispense medications to Chinese and Malay speaking patients who are unable to speak EnglisH
- Able to work shifts - 44 hours/ week - Inclusive of 3 weekday nights (5.30 to 9pm) and Sunday (5.30pm to 9pm)
