Job Description

  • Registration of patients including but not limited to checking of CHAS/Insurance eligibility, name, NRIC, contact no, address, drug allergies, patient's declaration and temperature.
  • Assisting doctors to chaperone, during procedures and ensuring equipment are sterile/ready for use.
  • Preparation, replenishment, checking, dispensing of medications.
  • Replenishment of medications and consumables as required.
  • Collection of payment including but not limited to submission of CHAS and Insurance claims.
  • Attending to phone calls, scheduling, appointment, reminders and chronic medication follow-up.
  • Handling administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests and radiology services from various vendors.
  • Administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal and doctor's attendance tracking.
  • Checking of orders against invoice for all deliveries.
  • General housekeeping of the clinic.
  • Other duties assigned by clinic manager from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE "N" levels.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work rotation shift and on weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive, self-motivated and customer service orientated.
  • Team Player.
  • Basic knowledge of basic computer skills.
