Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and generate run time proposals in alignment with company directions and guidelines.
  • Balance operational requirements to create desired run time proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Executive (Run Time) to produce insightful reports.
  • Utilize Hastus software to develop run time proposals that comply with company regulations.
  • Achieve realistic and optimized run time proposals by incorporating operational considerations.
  • Generate and export run time proposals accurately.
  • Attend depot meetings when necessary to provide input and insights.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in schedule work, preferably in transportation or related industry.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Hastus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and balance operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
