Academic Qualification:
- Min. 'A' Levels / Diploma equivalent, Degree is an added advantage
Working Experience:
- Handle and manage tender submission via portals such as GeBIZ (Govt), SESAMi, Zycus, Ariba, etc.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines for tender submissions
- Good knowledge of MS Office apps, InDesign and Powerpoint
- Experience in bidding or tender related processes will be an added advantage
- Develop & delivery of marketing material, brochures and capability statements
- Organise and attend exhibitions, seminars and events
- Previous working experience in a consultancy or related construction industry will be a plus
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
Personal Attributes:
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive documents with professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrates attention to detail and produces high quality and systematic work
- Able to manage stress and multitasking during concurrent submissions
Other Requirements:
- Able to report to office in person on all working days. Flexible work arrangements may be considered after demonstrating full competency and independence in job responsibilities.
