Job Scope:

  • Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper document filing system
  • Monitor and make purchases to replenish office stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Handling of travel arrangements, hotel bookings etc.
  • Manage data entry such as issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice etc
  • Provide assistance and adhoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary

  • Create and manage air & sea import/export documentation
  • Ensure all customs permit declaration are in compliance with Singapore Customs Regulations and Procedures.
  • System data entries and exporting documents and declaration
  • Preparation of Customs Declaration Via TradeNet system.
  • Handle Inward Documentation.
  • Follow up with the Controlling Agencies.
  • Coordinate with the various stakeholders
  • Evaluate the risks associated with goods transportation and customs
  • Monitor the efficiency of procedures for preparing and submitting required customs documents
  • Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving
  • Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
  • Assist in monthly overtime & shift allow compilation report the all departments
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in relevant field (preferred)
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge in freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of transport and customs regulations
  • Must have hands-on experience in TradeNet Declaration for Sea & Airfreight matters
  • Microsoft office skills (Eg. words, excel)
  • Effective communication skills and professional communication etiquette
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Thrives under pressure; strong time management.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and multi-task
  • Start Immediate or on short notice
