**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Admin Executive to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and manage office arrangements, including visitor handling and correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including supplies and inventory management
  • Procure and replenish office materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage mailing and dispatch services, including logistics and shipping
  • Oversee asset management, including maintenance and repairs
  • Implement and maintain proper filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organize company events, celebrations, and team-building activities
  • Manage customer greetings and gifts during festive seasons

**Requirements:**

  • Willingness to work at the front desk reception
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in office administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of office management and customer service principles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
