Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Description
  • To perform administration & data entry duties.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring they are current and easily accessible to the team when necessary.
  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly, providing excellent working skills and resolving issues when possible.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Data Entry Clerk.
  • Good data entry skills with a keen eye for detail, high accuracy and speed.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual
  • A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

5 days work week

Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm
