Roles & Responsibilities

This position will support K.U.S Pre-Cast (S) Pte Ltd projects in Singapore.


K.U.S Pre-cast is a part of K.U.S Group of Companies that was founded in 2008. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of pre-cast components in Singapore and Malaysia. As it maximized its 20-Acre manufacturing plant in South Malaysia, K.U.S Pre-cast has expanded swiftly to be the market leader in Singapore. We provide complete solutions for building and civil engineering projects.


Job Responsibility:


1.Responsible to provide pre sales support to Sales Team.

2. Responsible to handle customer order and delivery arrangement

3. Responsible to issue Delivery Order (D/O) and OE data entry

4. Responsible to provide after-sales support to customers

5. Ensure proper file for all customer Purchase Order (Local)

6. Ensure achievement of quarterly corporate and departmental goals and outlines

7. Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower

8. Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard

9. Responsible for compliance with Management Directive and Company policies

10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Education Required:

· Minimum ‘N’ Level or equivalent


Experience Required:

· Min 1 years’ relevant in admin work.

· High personal, professional ethics at work.

· Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

· Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work.

· A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.

· Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage

· Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set
