Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a watchmaker in luxury watches.
  • Profound knowledge of luxury watches brands, models, and their unique repair requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in all work.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Certification or training in watchmaking or related field is a plus.

Responsibility

  • Diagnose and service timepieces in line with the brand specific guidelines.
  • Overhaul and restore luxury watches to their original condition.
  • Conducting thorough inspections to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
