Regional Marketing Head

The role holder is responsible for providing leadership to the Marketing function and supporting the GSF Senior Management in developing marketing strategies, policies, and procedures for the region –Malaysia ,
Japan, Korea, Cambodia & Philippines covering all GSF Schools.
Key Responsibility
Leadership
Leads the marketing team in the region.
Assists the Global Head for Marketing in the development and implementation of Marketing policies and procedure.
Supports the Global Head for Marketing in defining and developing the marketing and brand strategy for the function in the region.
Supports the design and delivery of Marketing priorities and organizational strategies in line with GSFs business plans.
Establishes creative direction for all marketing campaigns for all the campuses in the region.
Financial
Collaborates with the Finance function to develop relevant measurable performance metrics for the function in the regions, and proactively tracks performance against the metrics to ensure fiscal control and financial feasibility.
Supports the Global Head for Marketing in the development of the annual budget for the function.
Functional
Ensures
all local marketing campaigns are aligned with the global brand – GSF.
Drive
and lead Digital and Offline Marketing in all the campuses in the region.
Own
and ensure generation of demands and leads based on business requirements in
the region.
Constantly
engages in tracking industry and competitors in the regions.
Shares
competitor analysis reports on a regular basis.
Identifies
trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Supports
the Global Head for Marketing with the development of the annual marketing
calendar for the geographies.
Tracks
and consolidates reports on the ROI of marketing campaigns of all the
campuses for the GSF Marketing & Management team.
Plans,
manages, and reports on progress and budgets for the marketing activities, campaigns,
and events for the geographies.
Derive
critical insights from marketing data from the local marketing teams to
implement greater efficiencies in operations in the regions.
Stays
abreast of best practices in the industry and competitors’ activities.
Interaction
Communicates
the annual budget and marketing calendars to the local marketing teams in the
regions.
Builds
strong networks and maintains good working relationships with internal and
external partners to keep abreast of the current business climate and
macroeconomic trends.
People Focus
Leads the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees in the team.
Builds and manages high performing teams within the function by providing leadership, role clarity, training, and career development opportunities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Min Bachelor; Preferable Masters
Experience
15-20 years of relevant experience
Experience in Education will be an advantage.
