Roles & Responsibilities

Regional Executive, SCM Planner

Job Summary

  • Perform checks and management of communications with sales companies internally, to align with Business planning and Forecasting cycle
  • Support and perform transactional activities for the business support team to directly contribute to improved revenue targets set in Business Plan

Key Accountabilities

Inventory & Supply Planning

  • Monitor demand and plan supply accurately
  1. Plan, schedule, and conduct inventory/forecast meeting with Project Manager
  2. Analyze and prepare draft forecast submission.
  3. Complete and submit accurate forecast data.
  4. Maintain and process forecast / procurement system requirements.
  5. Set limits for and approve forecasts.
  6. Ensure slow moving targets are achieved via constant monitoring / actions.
  • Plan ahead to ensure and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  1. Establish processes to track inventory level across products, in the immediate and long term
  2. Monitor and track DOS, forecast accuracy.
  • Synchronize supply chain activities to support sales companies
  1. Integrate processes across stakeholders to ensure information visibility in customer demand, supply/ anticipated productions, material in transit.
  2. Process procurement data weekly.
  3. Maximize drop ship as per business rules.
  4. Process purchase orders as determined.
  5. Receive, prepare, and maintain product price in SAP.
  6. Manage missing price items with Product Manager, price revision with head office, File Price approval / release.
  7. Perform SAP operation transaction.
  8. Download weekly shipping OB schedule, send delivery schedule.

Stock Allocation management.

  1. Allocation for Forecast, additional request, and excess stock to sales companies
  2. Weekly allocation of stocks to Sales companies for shipment
  3. Prompt response to Sales company's enquiry / additional stock request.

Key Job Requirements

  • Job / Skills Competencies
  1. Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply planning and demand forecasting, inventory management.
  2. Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP systems, TMl system
  3. Good with Microsoft excel, and MS office tools.
  • Critical Work Experience
  1. At least 3 years’ experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management in Hi Tech industry.
  • Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
