Responsibilities


•Support client Credit Risk system which is using Murex MLC and to look through all the change requests/ projects/ bug fix (whichever is applicable) from initiation to sign-off:


•Gather, analyze, and document user's requirements


•Prepare, execute, and validate SIT test scenario


•Review user's UAT test requirement, execute and support UAT


•You are expected to work closely and communicate effectively and independently with developers, business users, and external vendors

Skills/Requirement


•Should have strong experience in Murex MxMl


•Should have experience in Swift ISO20022.


•Good to have experience in Banking or Finance industry


•Experience in providing third-level support to the production support team
