We provide end-to end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury and insurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and automating recurring tasks to reduce toil for both end users and our own team
- A team player across all sub-teams within Murex Support group specifically on interfaces and integration side.
- Able to provide quality L2 Support in Murex MxML workflows/OSP and interfaces and integration with other systems
- To develop monitoring tools/alerts to create proactive actions (eg: auto healing/recovery)
- To provide day-to-day production majorly support for the users and stakeholders.
- To carry out Duty Support rotations among the team members. Mostly on-call basis during off office hours (less frequent but mostly during 6am-9am period) in case of escalations from our level 1 team
- Also carry out weekend implementations for new product features when on duty week
- Understanding about the MxML Workflows, BO,OSP etc..,
- Able to take ownership of issues and follow through to closure
- To communicate effectively and work efficiently with a group of people supporting both functional/technical areas

**Skills**:
Must have
- 4+ years of Murex Integration (MxML/pre and post-trade workflows) support experience
- Advanced SQL development experience
- Rigorous attention to detail

Nice to have
- Programming languages (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Shell Scripting (unix)
- CICD

**Languages**:
English: C2 Proficient
