Responsibilities:

  • Analyse user stories, use cases, and requirements to assess their validity and feasibility.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide solution development.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment among stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Execute all levels of testing, including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing timely solutions.
  • Apply quality engineering principles throughout the agile product lifecycle

Need to do Corporate Credit Risk Analysis and work on Corporate Loan Lifecycle (Loan Origination, Risk Assessment, Loan Servicing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Information Technology with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. Understanding of technology and development lifecycle – experience in both SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery.
  • Experience in tools such as Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, SQL
  • Experience in and understanding of credit/lending systems and processes
  • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard techniques and tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management principles and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Knowledge in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core (Razor, Web API) frameworks, SQL Server, Java Script and React would be advantageous.

Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework would be advantageous
