Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Facilitate the formulation of the organization's goals, strategies, and work plans, ensuring alignment with cluster and national directives, and provide secretariat support for discussions and retreats.
  • Provide business partnership support to divisions by assisting in understanding their functions and ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching strategy and objectives.
  • Support company senior management in any organisational initiatives and projects as required.
  • Oversee the organizational performance reporting framework to enable senior management and the Board to effectively monitor progress toward achieving strategic outcomes and objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the underlying initiatives and operational activities, identifying the key drivers of performance outcomes.
  • Support the periodic review of KPIs and progress reports to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness in guiding the organization toward the achievement of its objectives.
  • Supervise the management of non-commercial contracts within the organization, ensuring seamless execution and timely renewals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in strategy and planning, covering wide range of areas such as policy formulation, work plan and performance management.
  • Healthcare sector experience will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with numbers with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
