Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives, supporting projects, or contributing to the delivery team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in operations who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will report to the Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with teams across development, marketing, operations, and product to ensure project alignment.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating resources and managing priorities.
  • Identify and document project requirements, objectives, and risks.
  • Monitor and report on project performance using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Help troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project delivery.

Skills & Competencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally within the tech or blockchain industry.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in project/productivity management tools (e.g., Notion).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
