Responsibilities

  • Registering all hotel guests and maintaining accurate cashier shifts
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests during the night
  • Ensuring smooth running of front desk operations during shift
  • Manage and resolve guest issues or concerns
  • Perform night audits and maintain accurate records
  • Maintaining the integrity of the hotel’s image


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality field
  • Singaporean/PR preferred
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to write and communicate in fluent English
  • Ability to use organisation's current computer system
  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
