Responsibilities
- Registering all hotel guests and maintaining accurate cashier shifts
- Ensure the safety and security of guests during the night
- Ensuring smooth running of front desk operations during shift
- Manage and resolve guest issues or concerns
- Perform night audits and maintain accurate records
- Maintaining the integrity of the hotel’s image
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality field
- Singaporean/PR preferred
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to write and communicate in fluent English
- Ability to use organisation's current computer system
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
