As a Project Manager specializing in data archival and management at Temus, you will play a critical role in implementing robust data solutions for our clients. You will oversee the organization and maintenance of data repositories, ensuring efficient access and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Data Project Planning: Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of data archival and management projects. Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute data archival and management projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Identify potential risks and compliance issues associated with data archival and management activities. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the archival and management processes.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to stay within budgetary constraints while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Schedule Optimization: Track project schedules and timelines meticulously, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Change Control: Manage changes to project scope effectively, documenting and obtaining approval for modifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting project progress, implementing solutions to keep projects on track and minimize disruptions.
  • Client Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and updates.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven track record as an IT Project Manager specializing in data archival and management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for problem-solving.
  • Experience managing multiple data projects concurrently.
  • Customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools tailored for data management projects.
